Ted co-founded Takgio in October 2025 to bring production-grade AI products to construction, legal, education and entertainment. Before Takgio, he founded System Software Group and led it as Chief Executive Officer for 20 years — a Chicago-headquartered IT consulting firm with offices in New York City, Orlando, Dallas and San Francisco, delivering cloud migration, cybersecurity and enterprise software to mid-sized businesses in finance, healthcare and entertainment. In July 2025 SSG was acquired by Bechtle AG, one of Europe’s leading IT service providers, and Ted went on to serve as a consulting member of the board of directors at Bechtle Schweiz AG. At Takgio he leads product strategy and development — every product is built with Claude.

Before founding SSG, he moved Deutsche Bank’s New York data center (800+ servers) to New Jersey with no business interruption. Through SSG he led data center builds, migrations and separations for Merck, Macquarie and Schroders (program budgets as large as $51M+), and a lead-sharing program at VMware that produced $2.4M in additional profit.

Stephen is a sales operations and GTM leader with over 25 years of experience driving revenue growth for high-tech companies. He specializes in implementing scalable sales processes, enhancing sales enablement and architecting data-driven GTM strategies.
