TAKGIO is an AI product studio. We're not a consultancy that advises on AI strategy — we build the products. We're not a dev shop that builds whatever you ask — we bring deep domain expertise in construction and legal/compliance to every engagement.

We exist because we believe the industries that stand to gain the most from AI are the ones getting the least attention. Construction and legal are two of the most document-intensive, process-heavy industries in the world — and they've been underserved by generic AI tools that don't understand their workflows.

Domain-First

We start with the industry, not the technology. Understanding construction workflows or legal processes at a deep level is what separates a useful AI product from a tech demo. We invest the time to learn the domain before writing a line of code.

Production-Grade

Every product we build is designed to ship to real users in real environments. We don't do proofs-of-concept that sit on a shelf. If it's not going to production, we're not building it.

Responsible AI

Construction and legal are high-stakes, regulated industries. We chose Claude specifically because Anthropic's safety-first architecture aligns with the reliability and trust these industries require. Our products are built to be explainable and accountable.

Iterative by Design

AI products get better with use. We build feedback loops into every product from day one, and we maintain ongoing relationships with clients to continuously improve what we've deployed. Launch is the beginning, not the end.
